When you submit a project, your materials and relevant contact details are shared only with the linguist(s) and reviewer(s) assigned to that specific project, on a need-to-know basis. Our linguists are expected to maintain the same standard of confidentiality described in this policy.
We may also share limited information with trusted service providers who help us operate — for example, our website host, email delivery service, and payment processors — solely to the extent necessary for them to perform those functions on our behalf.
